Art Mosaics

A whole new style of mosaic has evolved from our extensive experience of creating photo mosaics!

We use a similar technique - taking an image and breaking it down into regular sized ‘cells’ - but instead of using carefully-placed photographs in each cell, we're using a catalogue of tens of thousands of hand-painted abstract shapes, typically ellipses or triangles on different coloured backgrounds.

These cells are selected to match each of the cells in the original image to create unique artworks of some of our favourite icons and celebrities.

Each of these images is available from a limited edition either as a high quality, giclee canvas, stretchered and ready to hang, or printed onto photographic paper and framed in a simple, sympathetic black frame.
